Fellesforbundet - Tariff negotiations 2026
The 2026 tariff settlement is a main round, and Fellesforbundet has pre-negotiated several important agreements during the spring. Since this is a main round, negotiations cover both wage increases and other provisions in the tariff agreements. These are the key results and the status for Fellesforbundet: 🛠️ Frontfaget (the Industrial Agreement) Fellesforbundet and Norsk Industri reached an agreement after mediation that ran late in April. Economic framework: ended up at 4.4 percent. General increase: 6.50 kroner more per hour for everyone. Low-wage supplement: An additional 4.00 kroner per hour for the lowest-paid (TEKO industry). Sick pay: Employers shall now advance sick-, care- and parental benefits for four months. Result: The result was approved in a members' referendum on May 7.
