The 2026 tariff settlement is a main round, and Fellesforbundet has brokered several important agreements during the spring. Since it is a main round, negotiations cover both wage increases and other provisions in the collective agreements.\nThese are the key results and status for Fellesforbundet:\n🛠️ Frontfaget (the Industrial Agreement)\nFellesforbundet and Norsk Industri agreed after mediation that went into overtime in April.\nEconomic framework: ended up at 4.4 percent.\nGeneral increase: 6.50 kroner more per hour for everyone.\nLow-wage increase: a further 4.00 kroner per hour for the lowest-paid (TEKO industry).\nSick pay: Employers shall now advance sickness-, care-, and parental benefits for four months.\nResult:\nThe result was approved in a members' referendum on May 7.
