Mid-term settlement 2025

This year's wage settlement starts on March 14 and is a mid-term settlement, which means that only wages will be negotiated.

It is usually LO that negotiates with NHO in a mid-term settlement. LO then negotiates on behalf of the unions because the sector-specific provisions in the collective agreements should not be changed. These are to be renegotiated in the main settlement. The next main settlement is in 2026.

This result provides a framework of 4.4 percent for wage growth.

  • 5 kroner in general allowance for all members.

  • 2 kroner in a low-wage supplement to collective agreements where employees on average earn less than 90 percent of the average industrial worker wage.

Additionally, a further 2 kroner to the following collective agreements: Cleaning Services Agreement, Leisure and Experience Agreement, and the Teko Industrial Agreement.
