The parties in the 2020 collective bargaining round agreed that there is no basis for differentiating employees when advancing sickness benefits.

Fellesforbundet therefore urges our union representatives to raise the issue of advancing sickness benefits in their own company. This applies especially if there are established different schemes for different employee groups or if the company does not advance sickness benefits to any employees.
