The parties agreed in the 2020 collective bargaining round that there is no reason to discriminate against employees regarding the advance payment of sick pay.

Fellesforbundet therefore encourages our representatives to raise the issue of advance payment of sick pay within their own company. This is especially relevant if different arrangements have been established for various employee groups or if the company does not provide advance sick pay to any employees.
